By downloading, installing, or using Spammy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Spammy helps you reduce unwanted physical mail by scanning junk mail, identifying senders, and submitting opt-out requests on your behalf. The service uses AI-powered image analysis and automated outreach to process your requests.
Spammy submits opt-out requests on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee that all senders will honor opt-out requests, that mail will stop within any specific timeframe, or that all sender information will be accurately extracted. Some senders may take 6-8 weeks to process removal requests.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spammy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that opt-out requests will be successful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spammy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
